I have grown with music by my side as an essential part of my self. Since the first years of my life, I had the chance to develop as a musician as part of the “Wagner” Choir and having the chance to perform at the Cervantino’s Festival. As I became older, I turned into a radio announcer, producer, DJ and mentor.
When I was 25, I started to submerge myself into different scenes of electronic music. That gave me the chance to work with people around the world and as I travelled to worldwide cities, it broadened my knowledge in musical content, allowing me to put a part of my soul in every city I’ve been to.
He has been live on the radio for approximately 30 years straight. This allowed him to sign with main exclusive record companies such as “Clinique Recordings” and “Superordinate Records”. His collaborations are now available to be downloaded in all the music sites.
The seed that creates “Heliotropo Sound Project” came from the idea of taking electronic music into the new generations. Having this concept and objective always in mind, Fernando will be supporting this project with all of his knowledge so that it goes to new frontiers.
I was captivated by music since I was a child. At age 12, I heard Depeche mode for the first time and it blew my mind. Thinking that music could make me feel very strong emotions was incredible. Then at age 15, my dad showed me stairway to heaven on the radio and my heart was stolen again. Music was one of the most tangible realities that I could understand.
Now, surrounded by great mentors of electronic music, he has managed to perform in different cities of México such as Puebla and Querétaro. He has also shared the booth with main DJ`s of the Mexican scene like Hot Tuneik and he has done “Warm up” for Kamlio Sanclemente, Donatello and Rick Pier O’Neil.
